Source: Mail.ru to collect bids for 10 bln rbl bond on Sep 16
MOSCOW, Sep 7 (PRIME) -- Russian Internet company Mail.ru Group plans to collect bids for its debut 5-year exchange bonds with a volume of over 10 billion rubles on September 16, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
The yield guidance amounts to the premium below 150 basis points to the 5-year OFZ bonds.
The bonds will be issued by Mail.ru Group’s subsidiary, Mail.ru Finance.
Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Raiffeisenbank, and SberCIB will organize the placement.
The Moscow Exchange registered in April an indefinite program of exchange bonds by Mail.ru Finance to the tune up to 100 billion rubles.
